Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for visiting and shopping at AlorairUK, in order to ensure that your order can be sent out smoothly and arrive safely, the following is our policy on shipping and delivery, please read carefully.

 

1. Free Shipping 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United Kingdom.

Note: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses via Express Shipping. To ensure that your order is delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible, please provide a physical address for shipping.

 

2. How We Ship

We offer free standard shipping for all orders. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. Currently, we only deliver to the United Kingdom and do not ship to other international destinations. Should you require shipping to a country or region outside of your country, please contact us via email to make arrangements.

We typically ship products within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after successful payment of the order. Please note that it may take an additional 1-2 business days for us to obtain tracking information from the carrier. We will update the shipping information as soon as possible, typically within 2-4 business days after the order has been paid. Once the shipping information has been updated, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. 

If a large number of orders are placed at the same time, we will notify you immediately of any changes that may be made to your shipping and delivery. We will contact you via email or phone to ensure you are aware of such issue.

 

3. Change Of Delivery Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please reach out to AlorairUK customer service team at sales@alorairuk.com immediately with your updated shipping address.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to update your shipping address; if your order has already been shipped and an address correction is still necessary, please note that while we can attempt to modify the delivery address once after delivery, we cannot guarantee the success of this change.

 

4. Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to cancel the out-of-stock product and refund the amount paid, then proceed to ship the remaining items in your order.

 

5. Delivery Time Exceeded

Typically, packages are delivered within a span of 5 to 14 business days, depending on your geographical location . However, the delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays. If the delivery time exceeds the estimated period, please contact us so that we can initiate an investigation.

 

6. Tracking Notifications

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a relevant tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order within 5-14 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us via sales@alorairuk.com. Kindly provide your name and order number, and we will assist you accordingly.

 

7. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

 

8. Cancellations

If the interception attempt is unsuccessful, you will need to wait for the product to reach your destination before you can return it yourself. Once we have reviewed the returned product, we will issue a refund.

 

9.Tax Duty-Free Statement

There is no additional tax included in our product prices. All products listed on our website that qualify for duty-free status according to relevant laws and regulations.

 

10. Shipping Methods

Amazon Logistics: Some packages will be shipped directly from Amazon warehouses in the UK.

Royal Mail: Other packages will be shipped by Royal Mail from UK warehouse. We cooperate with some Storage Service Providers, and they will store our products and help us ship them to your address.

*As of the moment, our transactions are only made within the U.K. Contact us by email if ship to countries outside your country.

*Customers with orders lost, please provide the relevant proof of the order.
